Yesterday I was able to get my forum up and running but can't seem to find out how to change the title in the upper left corner of the forum that reads "InstantForum.NET v4.1.3.  This Forum I notices reads InstantASP Community Forums and I want to change that object to read something more suited to my application.  I have the forum all loaded up with all of the topics so i am hoping that I don't have to re-do that.  Thanks

1. AdminCP
2. Manage Settings
3. General Settings
4. Just change the "Forum Name"

Hope this helps.

That part I have titled correctly. The part that I want to change is in the darker blue box just below Home underneath the Welcome area in the upper left part of the screen.

That is actually a forum setup as a category (which holds other forums and sub-forums).

This can be changed within the AdminCP > Manage Forums area.

The folder that I want to rename is my top level folder which I'm guessing by default was named InstantForum.NET v4.1.3 I thought that maybe I would be able to put all of my forums in another folder and delete that folder but since it appears to be the parent forum, that would delete all of my other forums below. I wonder if there is a way to just rename the parent folder?

I'd remove all the forum categories, forums and posts... and then start your own category system.

It's cleaner in the end.

I feel pretty dumb. I just figured it out. When you goto Admin CP and goto Manage Forums. There is a place called Edit Catagory over on the right side. I was doing to administration using my iMac. If you click on edit catagory using the Safari browser, nothing happens. So for the heck of it I goto onto admin with my XP machine and when I clicked on edit catagory it gave me a pull down with options. So, I'm up and running now exactly as I wanted it to be. Thanks for you replies.
