Ok, I get this rather often when a user fills up thier PMs..

They delete a bunch of PMs and then cant figure out why they arent gone or how to get rid of them.

Since Deleted Items actually acts as a RECYCLE BIN and EMPTY Folders actually does the deleting, why not rename Deleted Items to "Recycle Bin" and Empty could be Empty Recycle Bin
