Hi everyone,
Just been mucking around with the skins, I dubpicated the classic skin and changed the background color to black then uploaded.
I can see the skin in manage skins, but when I choose it as the default skin, I can only see the results if I'm not logged in.
Is there a way to have a skin set to all users and not let the user change the skin?
Cheers

CheersDear tiptap, Yes, you can deny users permission to change skins through the admin area >> Permission Sets >> Manage Permissions >> Can choose skins? Please see the link below: http://docs.instantasp.co.uk/instantforum/default.html?page=permissionsets.html

Thanks Carlos,
Ok all permissions for every group says they cant choose a skin (which is good).
But when i go into the admin control panel an choose the default skin to one i created, then click save, the forum doesnt use that skin.
Its only used when i log out (viewing as guest)
How can i have it so the default skin is in fact the default skin (all users use it)
Thanks

| AdminCP - Manage Settings - Forum Settings - Default Skin However: This does create a question.. If users have already chosen their own default skin... and then these settings are changed... Will the user get an error? Hmmm, worth a little testing -- EDIT -- I think you have done what I've suggested.. My Bad!! Still worth some testing
