Has anyone integrated a banner rotator into the forums? If so, what did you use? Your own version or a something else.

Also, has anyone setup a paypal premium forum subscription model? I know vBulletin has something like that and was hoping to have something like that for this forum software.

I'm just using Google and placed the ad in the Header (mastertemplate.ascx).  I'm also interested in webfeet's questions.
