We just added an SSL certificate to part of our website.  Now, my KB running on that site is giving me an "invalid domain license" message.  Do I have to buy another license?  This KB is in the same domain that I purchased the KB license for, just in a secure directory.

Please help, I am extremely frustrated that I can't get an answer to this seemingly simple question.

Open a support ticket and Carlos will probably send you an updated license.

It's per domain name so really it shouldn't matter if it's http or https. Seems like a bug in InstantKB.

I thought the license was for  www.mydomain.com and not http://www.mydomain.com
