Does anyone know if the application path can be manipulated for an installation of InstantKB that I do not want located at the root?

I'm trying to integrate the KB with another website and make it appear seemless, but changing the header and styles.

I also understand I could work with the controls. I'm not sure the best approach but knowI do not want this to be its own application starting point.
