We started using Instant KB at my company as a test, and we would like to roll out more than one at some point. However, unbeknownst to us, our ISP changed addresses for our first installation, rendering it useless and stranding a lot of users that were just getting to like it. How do we change that?

Will we have the same issue if we buy Instant Forums. I do not mind paying for software, but this kind of thing is not always under our control.

Am I to infer from the lack of a reply that there is no answer at all, or is it just that there is no support here?

There is a complete lack of support - The "moderators" visit the forums, but they don't reply to very many posts. I'd imagine this is because they dont know what the answer to yuor question is, are too busy to reply, or they are aware it's a problem in their code and have no solution, and so they choose not to reply hoping the problem will go away.

Dont bother emailing them, you wont get a response that way either - They just reply to you with an automated response telling you to post on the forums.

You could try submitting a ticket - if you're past your support period, you can still submit a ticket through what appears to be a bug in their forum ticketing system. Theres an option to file a ticket for something really ambigious, when the ticket window pops up, just change all the details to what you want abd then submit it.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

UPDATE: With regards to your question, if you mean chaning the IP/Domain that your KB or Forums are licenced to, it's a matter of submitting a ticket. Your best bet is to associate your licence with a domain name rather than an IP address - That way, if you ISP reconfigures its DNS or whatever, you wont loose access to your KB and Forums.
