My forum section is in fact stuck in german.  Also, when a german client sends me a private message, it is also in german when I think that it should be in English!!!  Please let me know how to fix this!!!

Notifications are sent in the language of the sender, not the recipient. Clearly this is a bug, and it has been reported before.
