| I made a purchase of InstantForum.NEt last Friday, July 28th and I was able to login to My.InstantASP and downloaded my software. I later went back and downloaded my documentation with the password I was sent. In fine tuning our forum for launch by Sunday, I noticed that you had a new upgrade out Version 4.1.4 and I downloaded 4.1.3. I have tried login into MyInstantASP, but it will not allow me to do so. I have done everything, but it says I am not i the database. I then try using the forget password feature to see if it would send me my password, and it did, but even when I use the password sent with the email address the forum has in the database, I cannot login. Could you please look into this for me. I have also sent an email to your support email address and have been advised that some one would get back to me within 24 hours. I am looking forward to a response either via email or the forum. Thank you. Tilla

| Hi Tilla, Many thanks for your post. Sorry to hear your having problems. I've checked and it appears you have two accounts for the reggaeboyzsc.com email address. There is an account under the name "Dwight Thelwell" (this was the account used to purchase the software and as such the software is automatically associated with this account) and also another account i suspect you've created to try and gain access to the software, this account is "Tilla Mawnin" As the software was purchased using the "Dwight Thelwell" the InstantForum.NET v4.1.4 download will appear on the My Licenses page when logged in under this account. Currently there are no orders associated with your second "Tilla Mawnin" account. I can login using your "Dwight Thelwell" and see the download listed on your My Licenses page. I've just sent you a private message with your My.InstantASP username and password for the "Dwight Thelwell". Try these and this should allow you to login download the software and / or submit support tickets.
