| I created a skin, for v4.0, tonight. I was in a different sort of mood. It all went pretty well. I ran into a few issues. I'll attempt to document these issues, in this forum, later today. It is currently 4am... so I must sleep.

| Forums will be created for v4.0 for customers to share skins, language packs, IFCode, EmotIcons etc. An export & import feature within the admin area for skins and language packs is planned for a future release. Currently if you create a new skin or language pack you will only need to drop it in the correct directory. No configuration of the forum is needed. The forum will automatically detect new skins or language packs every couple of minutes depending on the cache settings defined within the CacheDurations.config configuration file. More information on this will be included in the v4.0 RC1 documentation

| Ryan, Are the images on the site (changable in the skin) cached? When working on replacing the images, for the skin I'm working on, when I overwrite the original image with my new image.... It doesn't update when the browser is refreshed...

| Ok, I've completed my v4.0 skin. It all works great!! Just a couple of minor issues 1. The "table_header.gif", within the .ForumsHeader css class, doesn't seem to obey the rules. I replace the table_header.gif, with my new image, but it always seems to grab the image from the Classic Skin? 2. It seems that dropdownlists & checkboxes have a very thin 'blueish' border.. I've set the .FormInputDropDown settings, and all works well, except for the remaining thin 'blueish' border 3. When viewing posts, in thread display mode, the dashed lines that connect the thread posts, in the thread tree, are also blueish in color. Don't know where to change this. 4. I haven't figured out how to alter the css class entries for the RichTextEditor??? Can you help me out, Ryan? Other than these minor issues, the skin creation went well!!! Good work... Excellent!!!!

| Does anyone have an idea if it is possible to change the blueish border color (and font size) of the dropdownlists? .FormInputDropDown in InstantASP.Common.UI.css has no effect.Leon
