Navigation bar text change - home

I would like to change the next on the main navigation from home to start.

I know that I have to edit either a control, or a page in my skin but I can not figure out which one as I am not a programmer.

I can see that hypHome finds the text home but I can not find where I can change change

hypHome = Home to hypHome = My New Text

I would appreciate any help, Thanks. I’m using 4.1.4

Thanks! All I found that I needed to edit the resouces xml file in the Globalization folder.
