I created a custom skin for a forum that I am implementing into an existing site, but for some reason the skin is not showing up when I first go to the forum as a guest.  The custom skin is the only one accessible by the user (the rest are admin-only), but it's somehow coming out as the violet factory layout that the program comes with.  Anyone know why this might be happening?

I even specifically went into the skin controls to set the visible to false on most of the elements appearing below the entries, but they're also showing up when I go in as a guest.

However: this can be overrode at the forum level... So, if a forum has a specific skin selected it will not listen to the forum level "default skin" setting..

At the forum level just set it to "use global default skin" if you want the Forum Settings Default Skin to be used.
