| Hi, I am currently working on adding articles to our Knowledge Base using a piece of third party software, and need to work out what values to enter for the Skill level and the Suggested flag. I have already worked out that a skill level of 0 relates to "No skill level specifed", so would a value of 1 equate to "Beginner", 2 to "novice" etc? Also, what does the suggested flag actually relate to? With a value of 0 it still publishes the "Suggested by" name, can it just always be set to 0, or does it need to change if there is an email address included too? Many thanks for your help. Tom
