Greetings, A little help please. I had created a new skin, a user selected that skin...then later I deleted the skin. The user was unable to then log in to the Forum as he received an server error...reading into the error it referenced the old (now deleted skin) I added the skin back manually (copied and pasted the file set folder) and he was able to then login. (Thankfully I kept a backup) By the way I had a developer I work with "Turn on enhanced/extended error display" on the server to see the complete server error display" or I would have never seen this reference to a deleted skin. What is the proper way to delete skins so this doesn't happen? Selecting the skin and clicking on the delete button appears to do nothing...unless it takes minutes or hours. I have seen in other posts that it can take '24 hours for skins to be added or deleted' is this true? IF so can this be modified so the change is more 'instant' in nature? Actually I have 2-3 skin folders that I wish to delete....failed experiments. And I don't know if someone has selected them. It would be best IF a user selected a deleted skin that they get the default skin instead of an error, the next time they login. A general response about how to remove skins (without causing errors as I explained above) would be nice. Any help would be appreciated. As I would like to 'clean up' the forum for the client. And leave them with the default & Liquid Violet skins and one custom skin. Help me please get a "High Level" understanding on this adding-deleting skins issue....thank you. By the way when using the online Help it states to add or delete skins go here....and the section talks about adding skins but NOT deleting them...did I overlook something? Otherwise, simply a great product....thank you.
