Hi All,

Based on user feedback we have made some changes to how the support@instantasp.co.uk email is handled internally.  Response times will be much quicker. Messages via our ticketing system will continue to receive a same day response Mon-Fri.

In same cases you may be requested to open a ticket within your My.InstantASP client area. If your ticketing period has expired we will of course continue to assist via email. Please don't hesitate to post your support questions here on the forums, and Ryan and I will be checking daily.

Also we offer the Live Chat feature available on from our homepage at http://www.instantasp.co.uk/ and will be happy to help with any support issues. If we are not online please leave a message and we'll respond promptly.
