Can mods ban?  I would have thought that was a standard for all boards but I have been looking around and found this on http://docs.instantasp.com/InstantForum/default.html?page=banningmembers.html:

"You can ban problem members in a number of ways within your forum. Only administrators can ban members, features for moderators to ban/warn accounts will be introduced in future versions."

Is this doc still in date or can mods ban accounts/move accounts to a banned permission set yet?

I'm building custom pages to deal with this issue, but it would seem to be something that should be included.  Is there a new release somewhere on the horizon?
