When entering a new topic a user can choose a type of subsription (or type of notification).

The default is: Do not subscribe.

It would be great if an administrator could change the default to Immediate Notification... for the whole board.

Additionally every user should be able to set-up default preferences in his or hers Profile.

P.S. - with this feature the unvisibity of the subscription field would be less annoying.

Im not aware of this feature as a commercial provision, but anyone with a development license could certainly implement this. We'll certainly look at it for future versions.
