We're using plain-text emails, yet the "Report to moderators" email comes through with < BR > tags. Obviously, they're ugly, but more importantly they are breaking the link in the email, as there is no gap between the URL and the < BR > tag.
Also, this email seems to be ignoring the template. I suspect a bug in Post.SendPostReport() - it's calling the wrong override of Emails.Send() (i.e. it's overriding the body, and it shouldn't)
