| I'm getting the "Application has encountered an unexpected problem." page cropping up all the time in between sessions of normal operation. I think the relevant section of the given information about the error is below - particularly "Object reference not set to instance of an object."
Anyone got any ideas of what may be causing this?

| Dave, could you please post the full error, that small excerpt isnt enough to assess this issue, we'd like to review the entire error message, if you're unable to post here, please email it to the support email address, and we'll pick it up from there. Many thanks.
 Kindest Regards,
James Trott Developer

| Not sure what was going on here but it would seem my server was throwing a temporary wobbly as InstantKB appears to have now stabilised and the error pages are no longer cropping up. Maybe now I've populated the database tables with a few records and done a Microsoft update, it's OK. One little typo I've found - on the "Level" drop-down when editing a Troubleshooting Guide, one of the options says "Aadvanced" and not "Advanced".

| This problem did crop up again but has now been resolved with the patch Ryan released on another thread. So far, that's the only major showstopper I've come across although I can see a few others are finding some minor bugs too. Congratulations Ryan, James and Carlos on a great product. It was a long time coming with some frustratingly inept CRM along the way but was it worth the wait? Of course it was!

It was a long time coming with some frustratingly inept CRM along the way but was it worth the wait? Of course it was! Thank you David. I completely understand with regard to the long development cycle. I learnt some valid able lessons along the way and will be ensuring we don't make any same mistakes again. I'm sincerely grateful you stuck with us and delighted to hear you feel it was worth the wait Of course 2.0 is only the beginning. We have lots of ideas we didn't manage to fit into 2.0 update. For the moment however we'll be focusing on small bug fix releases until both products are as bug free as possible before move quickly onto feature releasses. We have a number of things we want to address with the forum and are already working on the 4.2 update however you can expect side-by-side development of both products going forward to ensure frequent updates. Anyhow David. I'm pleased to hear this issue has been resolved. Of course if you do spot anything please let us know.
 Kindest Regards,
Ryan Healey Director / Developer
