I am a licensed user of the End User version InstantKP.Net 1.3 and have sent messages to Sales and Support asking how to obtain the the upgrade to InstantKB.Net 2.0 and have not received any type of response. My understanding from the posting concerning the release of 2.0 was that it would be under My.InstantASP which it is not. Please respond.

Hi KWF,
To obtain the upgrade, you would need to have purchased 1.3 within a certain period, I believe by September 2006, which made you elligible for a free upgrade, outside of that period you would need to purchase the upgrade from our online store.To the best of my knowledge all the upgrades have now been issued to those elligible, however if you feel that you should have received a free upgrade, please email Support@InstantASP.co.uk with your customer number or registerred email address and we'll be happy to look into this for you, in a small number of cases people have not received their upgrade due to exceptional circumstances surrounding their original order. Incidentally i've checked through our support emails, and am seeing nothing from yourself, I have no access to the sales side, but I suspect they would say same. However, if you do not receive an email from us on support, then drop me a personal message here on the forum, and i'll follow it up, but please do try to email first.

However, your online store does not appear to have an option to purchase an upgrade. All of the options that I see only address the purchase of new licenses.

Are you requiring customers such as myself to purchase a new license all over again?

| Hi KWF, I had emailed you some information on this, however you've clearly not received it, we absolutely do not intend for our longer standing 1.3 customers to have to completely repurchase in order to obtain KB 2.0, if you email Sales@InstantASP.co.uk with your My.InstantASP account details, we will get back to you as quickly as possible with an upgrade price, this option will also be listed on the website in the near future, it's only been delayed as we're dealing with the automated fullfillment of upgrades, which requires additional checks to ensure the purchaser is an existing customer of the 1.3 version. Do please cc me on the email via James @at@ instantasp.co.uk which will allow me to ensure this is followed up on for you.

| All upgrade products can be reached by selecting : Products, and then "upgrade" under whichever product you wish to upgrade (forum or KB) for ease of access in this particular case, please find the link below: http://www.instantasp.co.uk/Products/InstantKB/Upgrade.aspx
