Allow admins to modify the sort order of potentially every forum group or of every forum all at the same time, and have an update button at the bottom to record the changes all at once. This is instead of updating the sort order of one forum group or forum, and then clicking update, and then having to wait for the page to reload before being able even to update the sort order of another forum group or forum.
