I'd really badly like to see Auto-Subscribe whenever someone submits a new post or thread, but only email them on the next post, not every post after that.  If they return to view the thread, then reset their subscription to email then on the next post after that.

vBulletin.com does this and it works wonders to build traffic for a forum.  I want to stick with an ASP.NET solution, but this feature is important enough to me to move to vBulletin if it is not forthcoming soon.
