Our forums discussions evolve around documents, specifications, etc. Users will be uploading their suggestions from time to time. There will be certain documents that will be more important (maybe final versions) that will be uploaded by the moderator of the forum. And we would like to have those documents organized and easy accessible.

Now one way to do it (we have already done that) is to create a "Document Library" pinned and closed topic that appears always first in the forum and to which only the moderator can post and edit. That's fine but still the list of documents or files is not very readable.

What we would like to have pop-up window like "Forum Options". So when you would click on the "Document Library" (in the same row as "Forum Options" maybe) you would get a pop-up window with the list of documents to download or view.

Or another design could be to add a one more line tothe  "Forum Options" underneath "Go to Parent Forum" and then a user would be directed to another page (similar to the page "View Another Members Profile").
