• Select all users whos last visit date is older than specific date
• Select all users who have 0 posts older than a specific date

Filters might be good so we could exclude particular member groups and then each listing would allow the admin to...

• Send out a mass message to the selected members (so we can send out a notice of deletion if you want to throw out some warning)
• Mass delete the members matching the criteria
