Hi - I'm talking to another site about sharing job opportunities with them - essentially they'll take the contents of our employment forum via RSS and populate theirs (cool feature the RSS in instantforum!) and the idea is that I do the same and check each record for a key (and/or pubdate) that identifies who's is who's and allows us to sync them without duplicating.

Should I just do a sql insert from a custom RSS reader into the relevant messages and topics tables or is there another more elegant/simple way?
