Hi,

This maybe an issue with Norton Firewall and v3.4 which has since been resolved with v4.0. Could you confirm if your user who is experiencing the problem is using Norton Firewall?

My control panel is also gone for a certain user when they log in. It seems everyone I have asked can see their Control Panel, but one user cannot. The if_global.js is in the header and I have made no modifications to the welcometable.ascx.

Any idea what's going on?

I replaced the if_global.js file and it worked. Thanks.

Sorry to hear your having problems. Could you provide any further information. What browser are you using. Your logged in correct ? Have you made any modifications to welcometable.ascx ? Ensure if_global.js is still included within your page. What version of ASP.NET are you running ? Any additional information you can provide will help me determine your problem. My control link disappeared. Any ideas
