What you can do is, change the Store Process that enters a new user into the database. Instead of a '0' you change it into a '1' then the user doesn't have to active his account anymore.

ah ok m8 thanks, i just cant seem to get the IIS virtual smtp server to work for emails.

hello,

version 3.4 gives no easy way to register without an email confirmation. Ryan may be able to provide some advice, in regard to a code modification, but there is no option for this within the AdminCP..

On a good note... Version 4.0 of the forums, which we are currently testing, does have the option to turn off email confirmation, during registration. (actually, this forum is running on a pre-release version of v4.0:D)

Hi all

Not sure if this is possible or not but i want to remove the validation process from new users having to validate their email address, i want new users to just create an account and thats that, is this possible by inputing a comand or something ?

Please help im stuck :)
