Hi Saint,

Hope your well. Just to confirm we have had a few reports of very similar issues.

We are investigating this issue and hope to have it resolved within v4.1 due within the next couple of days.

As yet we have not been able to replicate this on Windows 2003. Could i ask have you modified the Skin.XML file using any text editor upon Windows 2003. We've ruled out ACL problems and are now investigating possibly encoding differences on 2003. We've also seen a similar error for the Language.xml file.

Any further information you can provide would certainly be appreciated.

Hi saint,

The lack of response on this forum probably means that none of us have anything of substance to offer.

Your best bet would be to open a support ticket with InstantASP and they can officially provide support. You can create a new support ticket in your MyInstantASP area of the website.

I'm personally lacking the XML knowledge area... sorry :(
