Final: Installation Error 80070003

Hi, i just bought the Forum and got the following error during installation (4 Final):

"Unable to open IIS W3SVC Root Object - please ensure that IIS is running - Error Details: [Number:80070003]"

IIS w3svc and admin svc ARE running...

The Server is a GERMAN win 2003 server with all updates installed

It seems the necessary IIS metabase entries cant be done. But files were copied and SQL Database was installed successfully.

Well i just installed the virtual server manually and the forum works now. But the error message during setup isnt really nice...
