Dear carlatomic,

It seems you've customized the registration functionality... Could you test it in an clean InstantForum installation to see if the problem is due to your modifications?

I think the problem is caused by the browser not handling cookies properly. Only three of my customers reported the problem of "too many visits". Those 3 customers are all from Israel. It may be a coincidence, or a bug in the Hebrew version of Internet Explorer. For what is worth, I am writing this... I don't have any other clue to solve this problem.

My customer reported "I deleted all the cookies and temp files, logged out and loged in again." He is using IE6 SP1.

The Refresh Last Login Date is 20 (minutes).

Hi Dan,

It sounds like a cookie problem. Could you confirm cookies are enabled on the machine experiencing the problem. Also if possible try clearing your temp internet files and see if the problem persists.

Also would it be possible to grab the browser details if they are available. Could you also let me know of your Refresh Last Login Date setting within the Admin CP within Manage Settings >> Forum Settings >> Refresh Last Login Date.
