Registration Type Setting

In the Admin CP -> Manage Settings -> Login & Registration -> Registration type - we have three options:

- Confirmation Email
- Admin Approval
- Automated

It would be quite useful for us to have a fourth option "Confirmation Email & Admin Approval". The "Confirmation Email" works well to ensure user emails are correct, and "Admin Approval" is good when administrator wants to be notified and has to decide to select which user can use which forums.
