Hi Hexane,

Many thanks for your post. Yes we will add this license free of charge. It's the same domain but without the 3 dubs. Please submit a request for the exact domain to be added to your My.InstantASP account from within your My Licenses page at http://my.instantasp.com/MyLicenses.aspx.

Once added you will be able to access the forum at both http://hexanes.com/ and http://www.hexanes.com/ and also by using the IP address your domain resolves to.

May I make a suggestion...

If you buy a license for a single domain, it won't allow you to use the root and I think it should. So for example, I have purchased my license for the domain:

www.hexanes.com

but if I use hexanes.com I get a license error. Obviously they are the same domain. Is there anyway to add support for this?
