Hi Ryan,

I'm fine thank you. Just to update you on this issue - it's working OK now. Not sure why the Tags pop-up wasn't showing. I don't think it was the pop-up blocker but after adding your patch to resolve the Troubleshooter guides and rebooting the server, the "glitches" disappeared.

I've not come across anything else yet but, when I do, I'll let you know.

Hi David,

Hope your very well. How is everything going with the tagging functionality now? Are you still receiving any error messages? If so could i ask you attach a quick screen grab here or paste the error message into a response. I'm not aware of any issues with the modal popup dialog but would of course investigate any reports.

on the edit article page, on the left hand side there are some links.

the top one is Tags.

When you click that it should create a popup allowing you to add tags to the topic.

Is this a case of not being able to see the wood for the trees but I can't, for the life of me, find where you create tags / keywords for the articles, downloads, etc.:doze:
