Split Topic / Move posts to another topic

I read the documentation at http://docs.instantasp.com/InstantForum/default.html?page=moderateposts.html and I cannot find how to move a post from one topic to another thread.

I would suggest an option for the moderator to move the selected posts to another topic. Currently the moderator can [b]approve[/b], [b]queue[/b], [b]delete[/b] the selected posts, but cannot [b]move[/b] the posts.

When I post a new topic, and I say "Immediate notification...." for the subscription, I would think it should remember that...

meaning...

if someone posts a reply to my topic, I get the email....but then if I post a reply again, I have to reselect "Immediate notification..."... why is this?

Make buttons invisible if not permissioned

It appears buttons show no matter what and when you click without permission, you must login. I'd rather have buttons/links not show at all.

Display Location under avatar

Is it possible to display the users location under their avatar or under their post count? My members really liked this on my old forum and would like to see it on the new one.
