Advanced Forum permissions

Ok I've only recently set up the Instant Forum, and I've been trying to do some more advanced forum Permissions, but haven't seem to be able to.

Can Anyone help me with the bellow scenario (i.e. how should I be configuring groups/people etc).

Scenario:

5 Forums, 5 people

All are Forum Users. BUT I need Person 1 to be a Forum administrator for Forum 1 and 2 ONLY (forum user the rest).

Person 2 a Forum Admin for Forum 2 and 5 ONLY (forum User for the rest).

ETC.

So basicly I want to know can a person have different permission sets for each forum Room.

I've tried adding them to groups with different permission sets as secondary, but this appears to only to determine what they can and can't see.
