My.InstantASP Customer Area Now Live!

Hi All,

We are very pleased to announce a new area of our web site specifically for InstantASP Ltd customers. This new area is called My.InstantASP and is located at http://my.instantasp.co.uk

Using My.InstantASP customers can access product downloads & updates, submit and track support tickets, view support subscriptions & entitlements or download PDF invoices for previous orders.

If your an existing customer and your not sure if you have a My.InstantASP account please use the "Lost your Password?" feature to try requesting your password using the email address you used when you purchased our software.

If you have previously submitted payment to InstantASP Ltd via PayPal.com or ShareIT.com you will not have an account. If you don't have an account but have previously purchased from InstantASP Ltd please create your My.InstantASP. Once you have created your account you will have the opportunity to associate products and services you have previously purchased to your account.

Users who have submitted payment in the past via our web site will already have a My.InstantASP account. You will have received your password when you purchased from us. Your login email address is the email address you used to purchase our products with. If you've lost your password please click here.

My.InstantASP is a new area (at time of posting) and we do have plans to extend this to provide a central location for customers to submit product suggestions and bug reports. If you have any problems or comments using My.InstantASP please don't hesitate to contact registrations@instantasp.co.uk
