In "Personal Details" under the "Control Panel", each user can specify an image to be used as their level image. I have found two issues with this feature:

When the user subsequently returns to the "Personal Details" screen, the 'Member Image Level' is blank despite the fact that the user has uploaded an image previously.
There doesn't seem to be any way for the user to get rid of the image he uploaded and revert to the default image.

Has anybody else noticed these issues and/or suggest workarounds?
