I'm constantly telling users to check the Remember Me box on login.  It's in the next section and they don't see it on login.  If it was moved up into the same area as the login, more would see it.

Personally.. put remember me next to the login box. Sometimes Ive had windows browsers or lower resolution setups where you have to scroll to even notice the other options.
