| I have 50 queued up activation e-mails on the forum. They have been there for hours. My e-mail settings are to send 30 every 60 seconds, but the forum is not sending them out on a timely basis. Then, after what appears to be a random amount of time (+ 2 hours), the queue is processed. What is the event that triggers the e-mail messages to be sent. Thanks any help or suggestions.

We have now added a workaround to the hotfix we will be offering next week, that allows you to specify in configuration to bypass the queue and process emails immediately. We will be looking into these issues some clients are experiencing with email queues as a part of our the 4.1.5 release. In the meantime the hotfix should help alleviate the problem.
 Kindest Regards,

It seem that a cycling function is not called. Carl.

| Hi Experiencing the same as the author. We are on the most recent version. Can you point me to the hotfix please. As with the last post the Who'sOn seems to be perpetual - any thoughts? Regards

| FWIW, We've foung our own 'hotfix'. One of our techies restarted the application on the server and it cleared the mail queue and sorted out the Who's On. Haven't tried another bulk mail be that email or PM so no idea if this prob isn't going to turn up again. Can we roll back to a previous version where these problems didn't appear?

When is 4.15 due - it has been alluded to for the last 6 months
