Hi,
We using these forums for a local programming community website.
Needless to say, the ability to post code snippets is a very important feature. The problem is, that the facility which converts your post message into HTML adds extra line breaks: <br>, resulting in an extra line inserted after each line of preformatted text, so it has double line spacing as it were.
Any way around this?

I see theses forums have craftily avoided the problem by making the text not preformatted at all!
We definitely need line indentation...
