How can i customize the template for mails (Email.xml)?

I want to set the font of the body (from Times New Roman to Arial) and let the mails be sent as html mails.

Any idea?!

Hello.

You can customize the message itself when you open the file mails.xml in the language folder. If you want to change the variables, or the formatting, you will have to change the code. (if i am correctly informed)

But you can change the type of sending from plain-text to HTML in your admin-center. the message will be send with html tags and you can customize your messages with the html editor of your choice.(for example dreamweaver 8 or htmleditor2)

That could entail a long wait - but you answer about editing the mails.xml is correct - ensure that you use xHTML to write the mail though ...
