This may have been identified already but I couldn't find any mention of it with my poking around. One issue that I have is installing the KB on a WebFarm and they way the "Application Settings" are stored. Currently they are stored in the InstantKb.Config file and if you are running in a Web Farm you have to copy the file to all of the servers or keep hitting rrefresh until you hit the next server and make the changes again. It would be extremely nice if these settings were stored in the DB in some way or utilize another means to prevent this.
