I'm a new customer who has just purchased the developer's edition of InstantForum.NET.

The installation has been smooth so far but I am facing a problem. An error message appears on the screen after trying to post a new topic:

The following error occurred...

There was a problem submitting the form. Please ensure you have provided all required fields. If this problem persists please contact the administrator.

The post topic form reappears on the screen with all the fields filled in with my previous stated values.

If I check the DB, the topic has been added in the InstantForum_Topics table and the fields seem to be complete.

Clicking the Post New Topic button causes the same thing to happen with a new topic record created in the DB table.

If I click to view the forum in which the topic was supposedly posted, the following message appears:

No topics found. If you've selected a specific date range please broaden your selected range.

I have not been able to post any topics successfully so far since the installation and have attempted to redo the installation several times (by first wiping clean all files and DB tables) without avail.

Kindly advise.
