I have 1.3, originally licensed as a single host to my www server. I've now moved to a dual server environment to load balance, and so the KB doesn't work half the time because it's not on that host.

I need to change the license so it specifically refers to the single server its' on (e.g. www0.mydomain.com/kb) - how do I do that?

Hi PHollows, if you submit either an email to support@instantasp.co.uk, or a support ticket through our ticketing system at (http://my.instantasp.co.uk) containing the details of the domain and server it sits on, we can update the license for you.

HAHAHAHAHA.  You're kidding, right?

3 messages to support so far and not one reply.  The autoresponder sends me here.

I dont receive the support emails personally, so I can't comment on that, we certainly get a fair few support requests, however, how about this for a resolution; you can email me on: James (at) InstantASP.co.uk, provide all the domain and server details for your environment, and i'll adjust the license for you.
