Tim, you'll get a better and quicker response through the ticketing system. If your warranty period has expired then you'll need to purchase a new support package. I've done this and get a better response generally, though I agree, support could be quicker.

Hi Tim, Sorry you did not receive a response, however rest assured that all your bug reports are being looked into, in some cases they seem to be catches of gracefull handles, wherein an exception is handled with no ill effect, but is still reported by the platform as having ocurred. ALL of your reports are being looked into in due course, if you have a more urgent problem, or a serious problem to the operation of your product is ocurring, please submit a ticket to our ticketing system or alternatively email support.
