We have uploaded IF.NET v3.1 final to the support forums. This version is currently under going testing and is not officially available at the moment. This is due for release over the weekend or very early next week. Existing v3.x users will be entitled to the upgrade free of charge.

This new release now features the ability to personalize the forum skin with support for uploading your own skins and allowing users to swap and change. All the original layered PhotoShop files will be published to the customer forums very soon. We encourage any creation and modification of skins.

A brief list of updates and new features for this release is provided below:-

• Added ability to set a auto-moderate level for members within a forum
• Added ability for user to change default timezone
• Added ability for moderators to edit live posts within there assigned forums. Previously they only have the option of approving messages within the assigned forums
• Added Forum Skinning Option
• Added Active Topics, Popular Topics and Posted Today topic displays
• Administrators can now use the Edit links to edit posts directly in the front-end
• Added delete options to private messages
• Added ability to globally disable WYSIWYG editor within web.config
• Added search and login option to homepage
• Added member group filter to members page
• Improved the process when replying to private messages
• Split forum groups on homepage for easier navigation
• Renamed all images and created master Photoshop files
• Updated and added many more detailed comments to the css file.
• Fixed some form validation problems for some older Mozilla browsers
• Improved Netscape and Opera support
