when an existing user logs in and chose to be anonymous, the Who's On page doesn't show the user's name. Great!

Here's the question: Is there a way for an anonymous login to post something anonymously? Say, a user wants to complain about something, but don't want his/her profile attached to that specific post and avoid members from knowing who posted it (except for Forum Admin)? I don't know if a feature like this exists in IF or any other forums but someone asked me if this is possible to encourage open communication without the fear of getting his/her *** kicked by other members BigGrin

Theres no feature in IF that currently would do this whilst the user is logged in, they could log out and post anonymously through an anon. login, however you should make them aware that the admin (by looking at IP addresses) can still tell who posted what.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think we'll be looking into this further to investigate how viable/popular a feature it would be.
