Error Meassage: Thread was being aborted.

Aparently the config file isn't there and the guy who runs the knowledge base is clueless and overworked hence me asking here. Unfortumately I'm unsure what version we have.

P.S The above error message is not a typing error it really does say your the administrator not YOU'RE!
