I activated Settings / Knowledgebase / Use search engine friendly URLs + Use content title in URLs. How to setup a wildcard application mapping now? Tooltip says i have to look in documentation (which doesn't exist for v2)!  

I tried to insert ASP.NET ISAPI-Filter under ISAPI in IIS but this doesn't work - application doesn't start anymore. So any idea?
