Is this a case of not being able to see the wood for the trees but I can't, for the life of me, find where you create tags / keywords for the articles, downloads, etc.

| on the edit article page, on the left hand side there are some links. the top one is Tags. When you click that it should create a popup allowing you to add tags to the topic. Regards The Prophet

| Thanks Prophet. I did click on the Tags link and nothing appeared to be happening on my PC at home - maybe it was the pop-up blocker. I've just tried on my work laptop and, after getting a few spurious error messages of one kind or another, it appeared.

How is everything going with the tagging functionality now? Are you still receiving any error messages? If so could i ask you attach a quick screen grab here or paste the error message into a response. I'm not aware of any issues with the modal popup dialog but would of course investigate any reports.

| Hi Ryan, I'm fine thank you. Just to update you on this issue - it's working OK now. Not sure why the Tags pop-up wasn't showing. I don't think it was the pop-up blocker but after adding your patch to resolve the Troubleshooter guides and rebooting the server, the "glitches" disappeared. I've not come across anything else yet but, when I do, I'll let you know. All the best!
